VEGAS!!

For my Mom's 50th birthday, my family and Kelly's family flew to Vegas to surprise my mom!! Sadly the moment was not caught on camera :( Everyone was so excited no one thought to pick up a camera. But she was totally surprised! We spent the days hanging out by the pool, shopping, eating great food, going to the strip and playing poker at the casinos. It was a blast. In the pics below you will see tid bits of the fun we all had. I will post more pics once I get them off of my moms camera.

Cale's 1st plane ride! He did awesome slept most of the way there! The way home was a little different story cried for about 30 mins, but the people in front of us were SUPER nice, and kept telling us not to worry about a thing. :)

Carson got to experience something MANY kids do not get to! He got to spend about 20mins in the cockpit with our pilot!!!! He let Carson program some stuff, sit in the co-pilot seat, and the cutest thing, let him have the mic to announce the flight and talk to the passengers! It was sooo Cool!!!! Then through out the flight the captain would get on the intercom to tell Carson too look out the window at specific things!

We are looking forward to heading back to Vegas soon! We had a great time! One of the best nights was Dad, mom, grammie, DJ and I all played 3 card poker!! We took up a whole table and just had the BEST time!!! And even won money!! :)

Easter 09

We had a great Easter! Saturday we spent the day at my parent's house, had a hunt for the kiddo's and had a wonderful lunch! Easter day we drove to Seattle and spent the day with DJ's family, had great food and good company :)
Cale is now 5 months old, and is rolling all over the place! Eating a couple new foods, sweet pataos are a hit! :) Next month he will have his check up and I will be able to update you on his growth. Carson continues to SHINE as big brother, he has such a huge heart! :)

Spring Break in DENVER

Carson was a lucky little boy! Grandma took him to Denver to visit Uncle Kelly, Aunt Jac, Alex and Aria! They had a super time! They got to go to the zoo, indoor rec center that had water slides Carson was in Heaven, Chucky Cheese ETC!!!
He even got to experience a Denver SNOW STORM :) 16+ inches! :)

This is a big snow mound in the parking lot at Target, Uncle Kelly thought it would be fun to climb it! Not sure "I" would have allowed that if I was there!

Chicks....

So a little while ago Grandpa and Carson decided they wanted CHICKENS, so Grandpa took Carson down to the CO-OP in Snohomish and came home with 3 chicks. Carson was very excited to name them, he picked: "EASTER", "SPEEDY" and...... "PECKER" then later added "AKA... LONG NECK PECKER" LOL We all about died, but Carson was right he does have the longest neck of the 3! :) Those little chicks grew fast and needed a COOP, so Grandpa, DJ, and Carson built a coop! They did an awesome job!!!
